DIY Flavored Butters

Above is my all time favorite Spicy Roasted Garlic version of flavored butter. Keep reading for the recipe and 2 others including a honey nut and lavender & chive spread: Whipping up these flavored butters is really easy! Use slightly room temperature unsalted butter and either a whisk or, as I like to, a mortar and pestle to cream everything together well. Then transfer to a container or roll into logs between sheets of wax paper and pop into the fridge.
